1. A $100.00 deposit per phone is required on all annual
postpaid contracts, unless otherwise stated. |

2. If a subscriber terminates an annual contract prior to the
expiration date all related deposits will be subject to
forfeiture. |

3. Subscribers are responsible for all applicable taxes and
long distance charges. |

4. Roaming available on Postpaid Monthly Accounts, one
simple rate $0.25 per minute incoming and outgoing calls. |

5. Peak air-time is between 0700 - 1900 hours 7 days a week. |

6. All billing is calculated in 30 second increments. |

7. International Long Distance is available upon approval.
An additional $250 deposit will be required. |

8. Standard Features Include: Voicemail, Caller ID
(available on all plans) Call Waiting & Call Forwarding (not
available on prepaid). |

9. Additional Features Include: Text Messaging (SMS),
charges $0.10 for outgoing text messages, no charge for

10. Monthly service accounts do not have access to
